Vision

Through community building and engagement, Vancouver Second Mile Society aims to see low-income seniors in Vancouver’s urban core live healthy, fulfilling lives.

 

In a society where seniors are increasingly isolated and undervalued, we collaborate directly with low-income seniors to build and strengthen their capacity to help themselves and one another.

 

Mission

We are dedicated to improving the quality of life for low-income seniors through our drop-in centres that create space for community building and outreach programs that meet social, recreational, nutritional, informational needs.
