(a Seniors Outreach Program)
What is Outreach?
- It connects neighbours to neighbours
- Provides assistance with health care, by
taking you to the doctor, recommending social programs,
and other assistive services
- Gives you information you need on advocacy
services that will enable you to become aware of your rights
- Helps residents organize a community space
in hotels for “Coffee Time” and “Community
Soups”
- Communicates with seniors to discuss
building or community concerns
